Is there a charge for registration?

No. Registration on RappoCart.com is  free and carries no charges.

How to register?

You can register by clicking on the "Sign Up" link at the top right corner of the homepage. You can submit the necessary details in the form. Please read the terms and conditions carefully and submit your payment and registration information.

Is registration necessary to shop on RappoCart?

Browsing can be done and items can be added to the cart without registration. To check out and place the orders you will have to be registered. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be asked to do so if they are not logged in.

Is more than one address possible for one account?

RappoCart accounts permit more than one delivery address. Multiple items for one order can be delivered to one address only. For different items to be delivered to different addresses you need to place them as another separate order. 

Can I have more than one registration?

Contact Phone number and email id will be linked to one RappoCart account only.

Can one mobile number and email id have many accounts?

One email address and one phone number will be linked with one Rappocart account only.

Is different city addresses in one account possible?

Yes, one account can place orders in different cities.

Can different family members with different mobile numbers order for one address?

Multiple members in a family can have the same address but the email id and phone number linked to the account has to be unique.

What does an Account represent?

An Account is  a unique login for you at RappoCart.com. The Account enables you to check on your current orders, credit details and your old orders too. In addition you can always change your contact information.

What are the different modes of making payment?

You can pay on RappoCart.com  by using the following modes of payment:

 Credit, debit cards  and wallets  (VISA / Mastercard / American Express / Rupay / Google pay )

Payments will then be made to the store directly.

What are the  other charges or taxes in addition to the price? 

GST applicable as per Government Regulations will be added to the price of the product.

How safe is it  to use my credit/ debit card on RappoCart?

Please be assured that it is absolutely safe to transact using your card on RappoCart.com. A recent note from RBI makes it mandatory to have additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be keyed in by online shoppers while doing the online payment. This assures an extra layer of security for our shoppers.

Is cash on delivery possible?

Cash on delivery is not available in RappoCart at this point of time.

On Credit card payment, will I get a refund for items not delivered?

If the store is unable to fulfill your order after the transaction has taken place, we will make sure the store owner refunds the card or the appropriate refund amount is credited to your RappoCart account.

How do I submit the coupon code?

After selection of the item, you will be prompted to enter in the coupon box if there is one before the payment transaction is made. The coupon value will be deducted from your invoice value once you have entered the valid coupon code.

When will the order be delivered?

After choosing the items and clicking checkout you will be asked to choose the delivery slot. As per your slot chosen your items will be delivered. In case of unforeseen situations , we are unable to deliver as per your schedule chosen, we will send notification to you asking your permission to deliver in another slot or we will refund your  money in your account or your card or wallet.

How are fruits and vegetables packaged?

Fruits and vegetables are per Rappo packaging standards adhered to by the store owners.

Will I be notified of my delayed delivery?

Yes, we will promptly do that.

What are delivery slots?

Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order.

What does cut-off time mean and what is the cut-off timing for each slot?

Cut off time means the time after which the order gets confirmed for delivery. After this time you will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

Can new items be added after the cut off time?

You cannot make any changes after cut off time. 

How do I check the availability next time slot before placing an order?

After you log in, you can check "My Cart" for the next available time slot.

Can I change the order delivery slot after placing the order?

No. It cannot be changed after placing the order.

Can  I add or remove items after placing an order?

It is not possible to change items after the order has been placed.

Can I order an item which is out of stock?

Only items on order can be ordered.

How do I know  the current status of my order?

By logging in to your account you can  check the status under ‚”My Orders”.

When and how can I cancel my  order?

An order can be cancelled  before the cut off time slot by contacting our ‚”Customer Care” alternatively you  can cancel the  order on the RappoCart app too.

What are the timings to contact customer service?

Our customer service team is available throughout the week, all seven days from 8am to 8 pm.

How can I give feedback on the quality of customer service?

How do I raise a claim with customer service for any of the Guarantees - Delivery Guarantee, Quality Guarantee?

If you face any issues with price, quality or delivery of items  we will take every measure to address the issue with our seller and make it up to you. Please contact the Customer Care team with details of the order as well as the issue you faced.

Will RappoCart ask for information such as bank account details, PIN number, card number?

We will never ask for any such information at all. 

Return Policy - Time Limits:

  1. Food & Beverages: Within 2 hours from the time of delivery
  2. Other Perishable goods: Within 12 hours from the delivery date
  3. Other goods : Within 1 day from the delivery date

Where can I find running offers/ promotions?

"Offers" on our website will be captioned in the Offer & Promotions page. 

If I like some items that are not there in the app. Who do I contact?
